Subversion is a little different, IMO, than most system but once you grok it's simplicity it makes perfect sense. Have a look at this article:

Eric misspoke slightly when he said it 'cop(ies) the directory elsewhere". Really it is just a reference that is noted in 'tags' directory (which can have any name you choose but I'd stick to the standard suggested SVN 
structure of Trunk, Branches and Tags). Then, once you tell AHP where to 
put the 'label' it should succeed. In the meantime, if you just want a 
build and can live without a label I would tell AHP not to apply a label 
for now.

I don't think it is. The ant.bat reports success when there is failure.
In this case the error is with the actually labelling. The build went
through ok and the problem appears to be in labeling. I suspect the
empty tags url is the problem though. In order to 'label' subversion you
have to copy the directory elsewhere. Anthill needs to know where to put 
it.

By the way, the list was down for a short while so we are playing catch
up on some old postings.
