"build succeeded" and "BUILD FAILED"

My build is running, Anthill says it was successful (based on the email
notification subject, and the anthill status page), but at the end of
the email it clearly shows an Ant error and a BUILD FAILED message.

I see in the mailing list this is likely a anthill vs. ant version thing
on windows.

I'm using Win2003, Ant 1.6.5 and Anthill 1.8.1.303.

Its not entirely clear what should be done, as it doesn't seem to make
sense to use the version of ant.bat that came with Anthill if it was
written for a different version of Ant (did I understand the mail list
thread answer correctly?).

What is the solution?
