build happens only when "Force build" option is checked

I am using Anthill version 1.6.3.67 with JBoss and CVS repository. I have
created a schedule for continuous build but its building only when i select
force build option.

Also i am using version.txt file and this file is also updated only when
"Force build" is performed. It displays "build" not "versioned build" along
with the project name.

Is there any other property i need to set for continuous and versioned
build.

Any suggestions will be much appreciated.
