Re: build happens only when "Force build" option is checked

Currently, Anthill will only do automated builds when there have been 
changes to the source. Your continuous schedule will frequently trigger 
Anthill to check to see if there have been any changes in CVS. If there 
have been, you should see a build. If there haven't, the only way to do 
a build is through a manual forced build.
