Re: build happens only when "Force build" option is checked

Anthill doesn't distingiush between configuration files and source code 
files. If the file is checked into source control and changes, that will 
trigger the build.

I'm not sure if I understand what you mean by 'versioned build'. Anthill 
does track version numbers, apply labels and update a version file in 
the app.
