It's running:

svn log --non-interactive -v <%=authArgs%> <%=revString%> <%=url%>

You can look these commands up (and tweak them) by looking in the 
conf/profiles directory. So it's just the traditional svn revision 
history command, and with a good bit of parsing. Parsing revision logs 
tends to be the most complicated part of an Anthill integration with 
source control.
