Thank you for all the information. I ran the svn log command as you & Eric 
suggested and it worked beautifully.

Would you happen to know how Anthill keeps track of the delta updates 
between the previous and the current build?  Where does it store this 
information and how does it know?  I would like to write a bash shell script 
which executes the code below and passes this 'since' value to 
<%=revString%>

svn log --non-interactive -v <%=authArgs%> <%=revString%> <%=url%>

The parsing isn't particularly complicated. The gory details are in
source/main/java/com/urbancode/anthill/adapter/SubversionRepositoryAdapter.java.
Subversion output is deliberately easy to parse, and a couple of regular
expressions is all that's needed.

That code uses the pagelet
source/main/profiles/Unix/unix_subversion/getRevisionsSince.pgl to fire off
the Subversion command, passing in a timestamp that is the timestamp from
which revisions shold be obtained. Really for Subversion this should be a
change number, but the notion that a timestamp is the only way to pinpoint a
particular state of the repository is nailed into Anthill at a low level, 
and
it looked like far too much work to change this.

You can also take a quick peek at ChangesetRevision.java to see how the 
change
message is built.
