Allowed characters in dependency group names?

I just created a Dependency Group called "TEST+ Promotions" and added
a project to the group. Now, when I attempt to Edit, Build or Delete
this group, I get a System Error, "Could not find DependencyGroup with
Name: TEST Promotions"

Are non-alphanumeric characters not allowed in project/group names?
