Hi Vincent. The first parameter is the new XML def that should be generated. This one is mandatory. Then you can spec. an existing XML def file to merge this new stuff with using the -m <file> option (or -merge). You can also spec. the UUID for the def using the -u <UUID> option (or -uuid) Hope it clears out a few things. /Jonas Vincent Massol <[email protected]> wrote: Hi, From what I gather the second parameter to AttributeC is the location of the output aspectwerkz XML config file and it is generated by AttributeC. However, AW's build.xml has the following: depends="aspectwerkz:init"> ${basedir}/src/samples/aspectwerkz.xml -m ${basedir}/src/samples/samples-xmldef.xml -u samples-xmldef" /> I can't understand why the second parameter (${basedir}/src/samples/aspectwerkz.xml) points to a source file whereas I thought this file would be generated. Also, when I run attributeC for some reason, the generated XML file does not contain the definitions I had put in the merge file. Thanks! -Vincent Wanna see JUnit in Action?
