Hmmm. That's right. I first assumed they were in aspectwerkz-jdk5-2.0.jar.

I forgot to mention aspectwerkz-2.0.jar and aspectwerkz-jdk5-2.0.jar are 
both in my webapps lib dir. And as I said: everything works fine, both with 
class and other adviced classes.

This is the very flag that is being checked on line 369 in 
SystemDefinitionContainer, and setting it to true didn't make any difference.

Tried that, but was unable to get anything useful. When clicking "Step 
into" on the failing line, the debugger does not follow but I am 
immediately brought back to the calling method.
How would I find out the classloader in use in this static method?


I know there is a JVM parameter to dump all the classloadings, but I cannot 
remember the syntax of it. Could anyone remind me?
