[aspectwerkz-user] Command Line Tool

Is this list still active?

I'm sorry if I am missing something obvious, but there are several key
links broken on this page:

It is kind of working (I see some trace output), but then I get this

I've spent two days trying to piece together the missing information
from the website but I'm still getting the above error, which looks like
it should be an obvious mistake on my part.  I tried putting the
aspectwerkz.dll into my c:/windows/System32 directory but that doesn't
seem to have fixed it either.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!
