suppression dtd missing id attribute

Looking at the suppression DTD http://home.exetel.com.au/oliverburn//dtds/suppressions_1_0.dtd, I noticed that it doesn't have anything in there for the id attribute mentioned in the documentation here: http://checkstyle.sourceforge.net/config.html#Filters

It seems to work fine if I have an id attribute in my suppressions.xml file but it doesn't validate against the DTD
