checkStyle an error

When I run the checkStyle by ant, blow is the output

 

D:\checkstyle\build.xml:6: Unable to create a Checker: cannot initialize module

TreeWalker - Unable to instantiate AvoidStaticImport

 

 

Any help is appreciated
