any module to check method modifier

Hi Friends,

Just wanted to ask that do we have any module in Checkstyle 4.4 to check for
the method visibility modifier?
My requirement is to check for private methods defined in a class and
convert them to protected. So I need a check for this.
Request you to help me save time if anybody has already done that or guide
me if it is already defined. I am just 2 days old at Checkstyle ;)
