The following sentence is currently missing in the official
documentation, it's only
available in the javadoc of the ImportOrder check implementation:
Static imports must be at the end of a group and in lexicographic
order amongst themselves.
So sorry, it seems that you can't configure this, for now you'd have
to change the code.
I don't use static imports, so I'm not sure if this is the default
behavior of standard IDEs. Please let us know If it's not.
