I am 100% behind ensuring Java language compatibility. The best way to ensure that any extensions don't break this is expanding the test suite. Pat has done a great job with the existing tests, but there are still some areas that could benefit from more tests. -----Original Message----- From: Mark Swanson [mailto:mark-e2GstmqqWGa5mcYau+xr2AC/[email protected]] Sent: Saturday, November 27, 2004 5:02 PM To: Daniel Leuck Cc: beanshell-developers-5NWGOfrQmneRv+LV9MX5uipxlwaOVQ5f@public.gmane.org Subject: Re: [Beanshell-dev] language extensions? future direction? I'll admit my argument isn't exactly logical; it's mostly based on fear - that someone will break the Java language compatibility. -- Free SyncML-capable J2ME & J2SE replacement for Exchange and Outlook http://www.ScheduleWorld.com/ WAP: http://www.ScheduleWorld.com/sw/WAPToday?id=4000&tz=EST WebDAV: http://www.ScheduleWorld.com/sw/webDAVDir/4000.ics VFREEBUSY: http://www.ScheduleWorld.com/sw/freebusy/4000.ifb ------------------------------------------------------- SF email is sponsored by - The IT Product Guide Read honest & candid reviews on hundreds of IT Products from real users.
