Array shortcut

I would like a shortcut for creating arrays of strings something like this

testArray = {"one", "two", "three"};

or when calling a function

func(param1, {"one", "two", "three"}, param3);

Where parameter 2 is of type String[].

I have tried this with the latest code and it doesn't seem to be 
available.  So if it can be done how?  If it can't be done, can it be added?
