I cannot see anything corrected :-(
"svn proplist
svn://svn.ikayzo.org/beanshell/BeanShell/src/bsh/Parser.java"
results in nothing. (I'd expect "svn:eol-style" as an answer)

Note that properties are also _versioned_. They have to be commited
before they are visible in the repository!
