Right, but I still don't know why the source is being distributed as  
a JAR. Now that I think about it, it's not only Fink that has  
problems with this. My web browser is configured to launch a file  
decompression program after I download a ZIP file -- which is what I  
would want to happen after grabbing the BeanShell source -- but  
having the JAR extension breaks this behavior.

I wish I could, but I've tried everything I can think of. The  
SourceRename field doesn't work because that changes the download  
location, and there doesn't seem to be any way to specify a custom  
decompression script.
