I can see the error is around line no 192~193, I would suggest you to print
the codons list first, like below.


192 SOP (CODON LIST);
193 prot = SymbolListViews.translate(codons,RNATools.getGeneticCode(
"UNIVERSAL"));

Paste result in mail thread then we can start debugging .
