Hi, what functionality do you need exactly? There are several new modules in biojava 3 that contain related functionality. Probably the closest might be *biojava3-aa-prop *Physico chemial properties: http://biojava.org/wiki/BioJava:CookBook#Physico-Chemical_Properties_Computation Is this what you need?
