Hi,

In preparation of the upcoming workshops where I will teach some BioJava
basics, I started to set up a new tutorial at

https://github.com/biojava/biojava3-tutorial

As you can see it is quite different in its approach from our cookbook, but
I did some copy and paste between both.

So far the tutorial only covers the -structure module.  If somebody wants
to add additional sections on other parts of BioJava he/she is more than
welcome! Perhaps the final outcome can become a BioJava e-book?
