[castor-dev] Castor 1.3.1 GA released

Castor 1.3.1 has just been made available and can be downloaded from the 
Codehaus at http://dist.codehaus.org/castor/1.3.1/

This is a maintenance release for Castor 1.3. As always, for details 
about features added and bugs fixed, please have a look at the release 
notes at http://www.castor.org/release-notes.html.

For information about future releases, please have a look at the project
