I have added the group castor-developers to be able to create, edit and 
execute Bamboo plans. I will some of your rights in a few seconds, so 
I'd appreciate if you could try to run

http://ci.codehaus.org/browse/CASTOR-MAINJDK5/config

manually (and check whether you can edit the plan).
