[castor-dev] Initial support for 'cascading' operations through field mapping definitiond

Hi,

I have just committed a patch that adds initial support for 'cascading' 
operations (CREATE and UPDATE only) through a new attribute of a JDO 
field mapping, i.e. 'cascading'.

I will add integration tests in the next few days, and amend the 
documentation where applicable. At the same time, I have flagged

Database.[set|is]AutoStore

as deprecated.

Once I have added integration tests, I will be back with some questions 
related to incomplete support of cascading for some relation types and 
adding support for cascading deletes.
