[castor-dev] GSoC project - Refactor Lock Engine

Hi Ralf and all,

My proposal "Refactor Lock Engine" has been accepted for GSoC2011.
Thanks for all the help from Ralf and the others.

I’ll working on this project in this summer, and am looking forward to
working with all of you and get this project done well.

Any suggestions and help are welcome.
