M3 ?

Hi,

With this recent regression (https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CAY-2988), I'd like Cayenne 5.0-M3 to go out ASAP. So:

1. Do we need to finish anything else for M3?
2. Mike, will you have bandwidth to help with the release and the vote, or should Nikita jump on it?
