[ann] Cayenne 4.1.RC2 released

On the heels of RC1 we just posted 4.1.RC2 release of Cayenne to fix a few bugs. Most of them are in the Modeler. Upgrade is recommended for all the 4.1.x users. Should be a drop-in replacement for RC1 and latest betas.
