2.2.3 realse

Hi,
I uploaded new release from cglib2 branch, it contains fix for memory
leak reported by Kestutis

private field "t" seen in this diff references all objects created during byte
code processing, local variable saves ~200 MB consumed on startup for one of
very large application with many proxy classes.
2.2.3 directory is staged and available for project members only.
