Bugs item #1160772, was opened at 2005-03-10 09:13 Message generated for change (Tracker Item Submitted) made by Item Submitter You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=402696&aid=1160772&group_id=31605 Category: None Group: None Status: Open Resolution: None Priority: 5 Submitted By: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Assigned to: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Summary: core/index.html has wrong links Initial Comment: If you deploy Chiki 0.27 under, say, Tomcat running under Apache with the JK connector, the URL must perforce include some webapp name or path. Hence the URL in the META and HREF tags in index.html won't work. For example, I deployed the .war file in the tomcat/webapps directory, edited web.xml to point to a repository, unzipped repository.zip there (need to put that up higher in the instructions too, guys), and ran it. Now, mod_jk maps /chiki/ to Tomcat, so the URL of the home Chiki page on my server is http://my.server.com/chiki/. But the META refresh tag, whose URL is "../view.do?nodeId=Chiki", redirects that to: http://my.server.com/view.do?nodeId=Chiki Needless to say, I don't have a "view.do" in the root space of our department's web server! Changing the refresh and HREF tags to just "view.do?nodeId=Chiki" works fine. Thanks, and keep up the good work! rw ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=402696&aid=1160772&group_id=31605 ------------------------------------------------------- SF email is sponsored by - The IT Product Guide Read honest & candid reviews on hundreds of IT Products from real users.
