cleanning up the ftp directory

Hi,

As Debian maintainer of several classpathx packages, I did add a
debian/watch file in all the classpathx packages. That is very useful
because you can use 'uscan' to know if a new release is available.

The problem I'm facing is the release number scheme used by classpathx
modules is not consistent over the time.

Is it possible to change the jaxp-module.tar.gz release, and move the
comm, activation and mail releases 20040420 to 0.0.20040420 or something
like that.
