MySaifu is already based on GNU Classpath, see=20

but since it is a runtime for the pocket pc it has some size
constraints. That is probably the reason they don't include all of GNU
Classpath at the moment. But in theory, if you have a pocket pc with
enough memory space it should be possible to include everything.
