I know that JBoss has (and I think still do) distributed some Sun .class files (eg jmxri.jar), and whether they have a license for this I don't know, but I have never head of the use of Sun source code. But then again Marc Fleury used to work at Sun so I suppose they could make that claim. But still, since they're not all that careful about licenses perhaps it's wise to consider JBoss out of bounds, as Tom suggested. But if Sun does have a case, does that mean that one is contaminated if one have seen the JBoss source code?
