ServletAPI updated (partially) to 2.4 (unsigned)

Hi everybody,

I've been working on updating the gnu-servletapi. Attached is a patch
to these packages:
javax.servlet
javax.servlet.http
javax.servlet.jsp

I think every classes are correct except javax.servlet.jsp.PageContext
but I'll work on it later. Several classes have been added so they
have my name as the author but I did not add my name to the classes I
modified (did not know if I have to do that or not!). To create the
attachment, I did a diff -ruN old new, if it is not correct, let me
know.

I'll be working on the two new packages this week and the next
week-end: javax.servlet.jsp.el, javax.servlet.jsp.tagext.

It's my first patch so be kind :-) But of course, I'm waiting for any
comments.
