Hi Chris,

Here are the remaining API mismatches.

W.r.t. the 'strict' enforcement, we are bringing it up with Sun as we 
agree that the Classpathx implementation is doing the correct thing.

Immediately after you have commited the fixes we will create a new tar 
ball for JPackage.org and forward it to JOnAS.
