IN=20SMTP=20Authentication=20right=20now.=20But=20my=20SMTP=20server=20is=
=20configured=20to=20use=20CRAM-MD5.=20So=20I=20want=20to=20know=20whethe=
r=20GNU=20JavaMail=20supports=20CRAM-MD5=20authentication=20for=20SMTP.
