Upgrading classpathx SCM

Currently classpathx uses CVS for version control, which is pretty clunky and
awful. I'd like to move to a more modern SCM. My preference would be for
Subversion, since I don't think we have the activity required to justify a
distributed system like git or Bazaar and its associated complexity.

If anyone has any strong feelings about this please let me know and we can
discuss it.
