404 error for Paperclips download

I was looking for a simple download URL to point someone to the GNU 
servlet API and found this link is broken:

http://www.gnu.org/software/paperclips/download.html

Referenced from the main menu at:
http://www.gnu.org/software/paperclips/

The downloads area on Savannah is not very helpful either:

http://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/paperclips/


Can I update the Web home page? I am a Savannah user, but not a 
project member. My login is codestyle.
