Discontinue cp-tools mailinglists

Hi,

Since the tools have been integrated into the main GNU Classpath
repository (except for gjdoc) the cp-tools mailinglists have mainly
attracted spam. So we will discontinue them now and use the various main
GNU Classpath mailinglists for future discussion.

The remaining code in cp-tools and gjdoc are now cvs modules under the
main gnu classpath cvs root:
