CruiseControl 2.6.1 available for download

CruiseControl 2.6.1 is now available for download:

Fixes for bugs introduced in 2.6:

   * Fixed problem with NPE writing the log file if the config file was reloaded
     while a build was in progress.

   * Fixed an error loading the metrics page of the reporting app due the
     jaxen jar not being on the path in cruisecontrol.sh

   * Fixed problem with RMI clients where ProjectConfig was not Serializable

   * <builders> renamed to <composite>

New plugin:

  Veto: new source control intended for use to prevent a project from building
           when a project it depends on is out of date.
