checkout,tagging and zipping files

Hi all,

 i have writeen the code  in build.xml for checkout,tagging of cvs and zi=
pping files based on tag of cvs. so very information of checkout,tagging =
of cvs and zipping files i mentioned in build.xml.manually of iam taking =
build of build.xml it is taking checkout, creating tagg of cvs and zippin=
g files.
but if i come to cruisecontrol,in config.xml i have given the above build=
.xml path,ofter  starting cruisecontrol.bat while taking the build,it sho=
uld take the fresh checkout,tagging of cvs and zipping files and send the=
 mails.
but it is not happening?

does it mean that config.xml is only for if modifications found to atke t=
he build or should it do the above tasks(checkout,tagging of cvs and zipp=
ing files) aslo?

daily iam building the build.xml for checkout,tagging of cvs and zipping =
files.

and ofter that with cruise control iam publishing the mails
