CruiseControl 2.8.1 available

CruiseControl 2.8.1 is now available for download:

This release addresses some CSS and layout issues in the JSP reporting
application.

This release also features a new plugin, XcodeBuilder, for use on
projects using Apple's Xcode IDE.

* Set jetty.logs to get CCDIR/logs. This prevents a Jetty error when
  you run CC from a somewhere other than CCDIR and the logs directory
  doesn't exist in the local directory.
