Very slight addition from previous patch (patch-v2.5.diff). Our continuing work on CC-Config required a quick modification to the getTitle method of PluginInfo and AttributeInfo.

We are hoping this will get committed before Thanksgiving, as that is the point when we hand our CC-Config work off to the next student team. Thanks.
