getting an error  http://localhost:7070/dashboard/buildloop/listener in log files

I m getting an error  when I trigger a force build through dashboard.Dashboard is not showing any response whether the build is in progress or failure.
And when I check in the wrapper.log I always get the error getting an error Failed to reach dashboard instance:http://localhost:7070/dashboard/buildloop/listener either the dashboard has not started or network problem is there..




Please suggest me the solutions asap.
