JIRA is not a tool for general support, only for managing patches and known bugs. 

The first line of support in all cases is actually the user mailing list:

I recommend you post your issues to the user mailing list. 


PS: You may also want to investigate the use of 'ostype=...' if you're using distributed build agents.

I suggest you post your question on the user list, as other may have suggestions. Any patches to add such OS conditionals are certainly welcome as well.
