Hi Seth, 

I think I figured out the cause of the above failure in: testRootFields(net.sourceforge.cruisecontrol.gendoc.PluginInfoTest) -> Newline handling (and/or patching...).
Please be sure to get the latest and run a test on Windows to make sure it still works for you too.
