Re: new version of Plastic SCM plugin for CruiseControl

Uops!!!

It's my fault, I actually meant CruiseControl Java; you know: I've 
developed a different plugin for CruiseControl java and CruiseControl 
.NET, and it's a bit easy to mix them up....

So yes, I've developed a plugin for Cruise Control JAVA :-DDD

What I have to do to get it reviewed and integrated? I also changed and 
ran the existing unit tests for this plugin.
