<imo>I don't think there's a choice but to migrate.  Open source happens on
GitHub and BitBucket these days.  But mainly GitHub.  If we're clear about
the criteria that pull requests are accepted with, then being a committer
would be a lot easier.

Actually, that's a good idea for a plugin: GitHub support.

I think you'd ideally want to get the email address that the committer
registered on github with (e.g. https://github.com/JeffreyFredrick shows
Jeffrey's email), and I believe that then GitHub will join the dots and
allow you to see the committer's other work.

I'm going to shut up about GitHub now.
