cruisecontrol source control plugin for Bazaar

Hi,

I started using cruisecontrol a few weeks ago but soon realised it was
missing plugins for Bazaar SCM that I use.  After finishing with some
tests, I decided to build a (source control) plugin for bazaar and would
like to contribute it to the project if you are still taking additions.  I
signed up in JIRA but was unable to find my way around.  Could you please
advise?
