Re: time incorrect on CC 2.8.1 notification emails

I believe that timestamp you're seeing is in GMT. Brisbane is GMT+10
and 2:33 pm - 10 = 04:33 am.

Why is the date being recorded in GMT?  Now that's a very good
question but I don't know the answer.  Looking the code I'm not sure
either. Looking at header.xsl the value comes from the builddate
property. Looking at Project.getProjectPropertyElement(Date) I see
that the builddate value is formated using
DateUtil.formatIso8601(Date).  But looking at
DateUtil.formatIso8601(Date) it is NOT using a formatter set to GMT
that I can see.

Anyone else see what I'm missing?
